When Tiany Schuster picked up Sweet Choco Taco as a 3-year-old, he was looking like anything but a $100,000 slot race winner. But, as jockey Ryann Pedone said “the stars aligned†and Choco topped the Diamond Jubilee Slot Futurity at the Diamonds & Dirt Barrel Horse Classic in Bryan, Texas, for a sweet $100,000.
